Consultations for 2009 Conference

2009 Publishing Panel

Consultations may be made with agents, editors and publishers before and during the conference.

Consultations will take place ONLY on Saturday February 28, from 8:00am to 3:00pm

RESERVING a slot:.

    1.    Conference registration (and payment) is a prerequisite for reserving appointments.

    2.    Payment must accompany the appointment reservation.

    3.    Only two appointments can be made per registrant before the conference.

    4.    Additional appointments can be added at the agent and editor desk on Friday and Saturday.

    5.    Provide us with two preferences of consultants and time slots for flexibility.

    6.    Tkets for appointments will be attached to your registration packet the morning of the conference.

    COST:  Each appointment is reserved for a set fee of  $35 with a discounted rate of $30 for WIWA members.

    AT THE CONFERENCE:

    1. In the opening sessions on Friday morning , the consultants will be given the opportunity to introduce themselves and speak about their current requirements (See Agent/Editor Panel). After the panel, the consultation registration desk will be open for new appointments. Available times and consultants will be posted at that location.
    2. You may also sign up for additional or different times on Saturday during the conference.
