Residency-only:

Any graduate of the Whidbey Writers Workshop MFA program may enroll in any residency during the normal residency application period, space allowing, for either the five-day or nine-day period. A letter of intention and applicable residency-only fee are required, but no manuscript need be submitted as part of the application.

Residency and online semester:

Any graduate of the Whidbey Writers Workshop MFA program may enroll in any residency and online semester course other than thesis during the normal pre-registration period for that residency and semester, space allowing. Grades other than S/U are not given for post-graduate work.

S/U (Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory) Grading:

In post-graduate courses, no grades other than S/U will be given.

Transcripts:

All post-graduate courses enrolled in will be posted on the graduate's transcript, whether taken for credit on an S/U basis or as a non-credit Audit, to provide a record of the graduate's continuing education efforts. "S" or "U" will be posted as the course grade if taken for credit; "Audit" will be posted as the course grade if audited on a non-credit basis.
